Square Payment Error: Field must not be greater than 60 length

    This is the 4th time of emailing and It's costing my business money. Get it sorted ASAP or i'm off!!

    Square payment have been saying "Field must not be greater than 60 length' error on submitting"

    so swtich over to braintree and now a customer reports this

    "from. jotform.com says:

    Payment processing for this form will not work due to a Braintree authorisation error.

    When I arrive at the debit card details box it will not allow me to enter anything. "

    Please explain what is going on!  I am now going to have to switch to PayPal to see if we don't get any interruption from that method.

    Not a happy customer at the moment.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, I am reporting this error to our back-end team. We would need you to integrate back to Square, and let us know what is the form in question, so our developers can see when the error occurs, and fix it.

    If you have issues with the Braintree integration, please open a new thread, and integrate it with a different form.

    Your form was hitting an error of Square's API in certain cases and the issue has been fixed already.
