Can I change to 'legacy layout' for future forms?

Hi!  When I created a new form today I was surprised to see that only one question populated per page - this form uses groups of questions for a single area so this won't work.  Can you please change my 'Housekeeping Report' form to the legacy layout?

Is this something I can change myself?  I can see this working for some future forms, but not for most.  If not, can you set it so all future forms created here are 'legacy layout'?  Thank you!

You can change the form to legacy layout(All Questions in One Page) from your form settings.

Go to Settings->Form Settings->Show More Options

Scroll down to the option called "Form Layout" and change it to "All Questions in One Page".

You can also change it from your account settings for future forms.
