Login always fails

    Hi

    I tried to create an account and a form and everything seemed ok but a pop-up always appears asking me to log in. Then I try and it says that my login and password do'nt match. Although I received a mail to reset.

    I cannot see a preview because I don't seem to be logged in...

    Can you help please?

    Do you have the link to the form you were working on? 

    You may get it from your browser history: https://www.wikihow.com/View-Browsing-History 

    I also found an account related to your email address and the username is sabinemartens, but there is not any form created yet. 

    Your email address is not in our bounce list so you should receive the emails, please try resetting your password using your address and check the spam/junk folders since the emails may have ended up there. 

    Also, if you get the form where you were working on, that will help us to find if you have another  account.

    You should be able to log in using either the sabinemartens account name or the sabine.martens@gmail.com account email address.

    If this is not working, please try to use another browser or change your account password again.
