Our form located on the URL below is not submitting or showing responses. We have run a test and they should be. Also, payment is coming through, so not sure why they're not showing in our account. Please fix! Thanks

I checked the webpage where the form is embedded and I can verify that it is working correctly. I did a test submission and after hitting the Submit button, it redirected me to WorldPay. Here's a screen capture:
Please take note that the form you provided does not have any submissions yet. It means that you will not see any payments on your Worldpay dashboard.
You can view the form submissions on the Submissions page. Here's a guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions.
I also cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

Thanks for your response.
The problem is that there have been two submissions. You have to submit to
get to the payment page. But the submissions aren't showing on Jotform. I
need to access the forms to book the clients flights.
Please could you find out where the responses are sitting?

I've tried creating a world pay payment form and did a sample submission but didn't do an actual checkout, just got redirected to the payment page.
I looked into my submissions page and didn't find any submissions because it went through my "Incomplete Payments" page.
Those submitted form should appear in your submissions page as incomplete payments if they haven't completed the payment. On this page, you will have to manually complete the submissions from your end. May I know if you see similar?
