We're having lots of problem with for send a file form. We have tested this serval times. Basically, when you try to upload a file, we may get the link in the confirmation email, or we may not. The files are suppose to be dumped into our DropBox.

We are sorry about that. Can you please try removing your Dropbox integration and re-integrating to see if that helps fix the problem with Dropbox?
Also, the file upload field is not required so I assumed that sometimes users won't upload a file(s) so it shows nothing on the email notifications or in dropbox.
