Move forms from free account into new paid account

We had a few free accounts set up for clients that we manage, however we just set up a paid account under our Management Company name.  Is there a way to copy the code from forms we have in multiple accounts all into our one, new paid account so we do not have to manually reset them all up?

It it is possible to move the forms from the free accounts to your paid account, however, please note the following:

1) The request must come from the current account owner of the forms, so you need to log in to that account and request it.

2) The forms to be transferred must be specified in the request, as well the username of the account where forms will be transferred to.
