Thank You page and Autoresponder email are not working

Hi on my summer camp application form i have it set to send a conformation email as well as go to a  thank you page once the application has been submitted. and its not doing either one.

can you please tell me what i am doing wrong?

I submitted your Summer Camp Registration Form and I was redirected to the Thank You page. Were you able to resolve this issue? In case that your form is embedded and the Thank You page is not working there, please provide us the webpage URL.

However, I did not receive an Autoresponder email. I inspected your Autoresponder email and I noticed that you are using your own email address as the Sender Email. Most likely, you did not set your SMTP correctly. Please double check if you used the correct credentials.

You can also use our email address noreply@jotform.com as the Sender Email.

Thank you... I am trying to do this right now but how do I find out the port Number under stmp  details. When embedding my email?

Please note that you can use port number 25 or 2525 or 587 for SMTP.

If you are using secure SMTP(SSL/TLS), use 465 or 587.
