Why am I getting Paypal error message?

When filling out the form, it gives me an error message saying paypal account not in use. I do not want paypal to be integrated with this form. How do I fix this?

I have checked your form and I found that Purchase order widget has been integrated in your form.

Have you been able to remove Paypal and add Purchase Order instead?
