I have reset my password and entered my account, to find my account empty of my test form "Job Request"?
Also the published test form is no longer working on line? However it did work "for a few hours after you reset the cash" yesterday?
Please advise if my form can be reinstated or will I have to wast time build an new one? Please advise.

I have checked your account and I can see there are about 4 active forms, I cleared your forms cache and they should be working now, please check and let us know if you have questions.
