What do you mean by "Receive 1 Payments" under the Free Plan

Does the "receive 1 payment" under the Free Plan mean that only one person can submit a payment, one time?  Confused!

That's the payment submissions you can receive per month.

For the free plan, the limit is 1 payment submissions per month.

Payment submissions - When your form is integrated with a payment gateway like Paypal, the submission is called payment submissions. Every successful payment is counted as 1 payment submission.
