I have reached my monthly limit of 1 payment. I have now recieved an email saying this means my forms are going to be disabled. How can i prevent this other than upgrading? can i just remove the payment option from my forms?

I have found an article stating that accounts created after 1st November will be limited to 1 submission in free accounts, I have a paid basic account which i created 2 years ago so should I not still be eligible for the 10 submissions. 1 submission is no good to me so will have to remove and go back to a free account

Let me escalate this issue to our L2, so they can check your account further. We will update you via this thread.

We are sorry for this confusion you may have.
Please note that newly created account after 1st November are subjected to payment limit. Storage plan has the same payment limit as the Free accounts. This is the reason why you are seeing only 1 payment submission limit on your account.

So how do i resolve without upgrading my subscripton? Do I just remove the paymnet option from the form and it automatically gets enabled again?

Since the account is already over limit, it would require upgrading or waiting until the monthly reset on the first day of the next calendar month. However, since the limits are new, I went ahead and reset your payment limits ahead of time to allow you to get things sorted. As long as the forms do not receive further payment, you should be all set. Please keep in mind we can only do this once per account. Should you go over the limits again, it would require upgrading or waiting for the reset to restore the forms.
