Can we use Pre Order without taking payment?

Can we build a pre-order submission form how it is laid out but without the paypal integration? This is a pre order where we do not take physical payment from the customer upon submission. Thanks!

You can use purchase order widget instead of paypal if you do not want to take instant payment upon submission.

You have to remove paypal and then integrate purchase order to your form.
