Today I started working with Jotform, created 3 forms ans successfully linked them to my website.
Now I cannot log in and although I sent a reset password request 3 times I did not receive any mails.
I have successfully filled in a form on my site and send it to another email address I have. I received my confirmation and I also received a notification as an author of the form that someone signed in.
So all of this works but I cannot log in. When I managed to log in I had no forms (but I should have 3).
I hope you can help otherwise I'm afraid I will delete the forms from my site because this way of working is not so nice.

I checked your account/username sabinemartens and it is Active and forms are available at this time.
In case you forgot your log in password, you can reset using the 'Forgot Password' link in the log in page https://www.jotform.com/login
The password reset instruction will be sent to your account email.
Let us know if issue remains.
