We have had our account for some time now and I am very happy to see that adding recipients is now much more user friendly! I have also noticed that in order to add additional recipients that I need to upgrade my account. My question is-would it be possible to delete some names on the recipient list (those individuals no longer work for our company) and replace the names with the new individuals at no cost?
Any feedback you could provide would be very much appreciated.

Sorry I don't understand the context of "recipients". Do you mean email recipients?
If so then yes you will be able to delete any of the recipients (or replace them).
However, on a paid plan you are limited to 10 recipients per notification. Should you require more you would have to create another notification.
