Deleting form data

Hello, 

We are considering using JotForm and would like to know if we would be able to access data from old form submissions after a period of time to delete that data from storage? We would like to have an option of purging our data periodically as it becomes outdated.

It is possible to auto delete form submission data. You can check the Auto Delete Submissions app here.

The app though is not automatically scheduled... it does the deletion automatically instead after submission.

The option to schedule an automated deletion/purge of the submission data is not available at this time. You will have to do it manually in the form View Submission panel.
