Why do you guys keep changing the form format I use?

    Everytime I design a form to blend into my website, someone on your end goes and messes it all up, respectfully. How can I stop this from happening??

    I can see your forms are under the new layout, please note that we have been implemented some improvements on the layout so this may be why you have noticed it changed a bit.

    These are general updates on the forms layout so you may rest assured that anyone is logging into your account and changing your forms.

    How do I go back to the layout I had before? I don't want the new layout.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Just as my colleague @Kevin_G said, our developers needed to make improvements to the new form layout or JotForm cards and the result is what you're using now. 

    We understand that you do not like the changes, please tell us what previous layout or design you want to keep so we can forward it to our developers.
