Hello. I have a user who is unable to create forms even though we have a silver plan and she is listed under that plan. Each time she tries to create a form, she is prompted to sign up for a paid account.

    User name is hamilton.karin@gmail.com.

any help would be great, as she has a presentation due tomorrow.

Please note that hamilton.karin@gmail.com was only added as a sub-user to your account. Sub-users doesn't inherit the plan of the parent user but instead is used only for sharing managing and sharing purposes.

Free accounts can only have upto 5 forms maximum which is over the limit for hamilton.karin@gmail.com that is why the user is asked to upgrade.
