I do not recall signing up for the plan

    I do not recall signing up for the plan, and Paypal has been charging me since sept. Please refund hte $ or supply me with some proof I signed up for anything more than the free plan.

    Hi, I checked your account and you're subscribed to the Bronze monthly plan. Please take note that JotForm is a subscription service and will continue until you cancel. It auto-renews at the end of each term and you will be charged for the subsequent term. 

    I can see that you're using PayPal as your payment method. If you want to cancel your subscription via PayPal, please use this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    After that, let us know so we can refund your last payment.

    Upon investigating your account further, the date of your first subscription was on October 10, 2017. You can check the invoices on the Account Billing page or you can open this link.

    Hi John,
    Thnx for your reply. I know I’ve used it in the past as a free service, so perhaps I did pay for it. However, I cannot tell if it was linked to my cc or my clients cc. Would you mind telling me the last 4 numbers of the cc on file?

    The subscription is being paid via paypal, so we do not have such information.  Here is all we got.

    Ok, thnx. Yes Please refund the last month if you are able, and confirm that my subscription has been downgraded.

    As for the refund of your last payment, I have now forwarded it to our billing department. I also downgraded your account back to free.
