Account Limits: May I get clarification about the forms limit?

    Hi - I currently have the Bronze plan for the second year in a row. I noticed that my account says I have 24 plans out of 25, but this would be the cumulative number of forms over the past several years. I don't think it is fair to pay for a subscription that counts old forms created in prior years as part of the total. I keep them for the information contained within if I need to refer to them at some point. Can you please clarify?

    What happens if I download the data from the old forms and delete them. Do I create new room for my max number of forms? As a solo entrepreneur only creating a few forms a year, I do find the yearly fee very high for my needs. If I would need to go up to the next level, I would have to cancel my subscription.

    Yes, the forms limit is not reset and it counts all the active forms in your account, please also note that the limit applies to active forms which means that disabling some of the oldest will create more room for new forms. 

    Now, it's not needed to delete forms, you may simply archive them if you need to keep your information stored on your JotForm account.
