Help with conditional logic

I have a multiple part form.

Page 1 - submitted for the team (athletes, coaches, etc.)

Page 2 - submitted for a particular traveler

Page 3 - submitted for a particular traveler

    Page 4 - submit button

The problem is that there is potential for multiple page 2's and 3's but when I set up the conditional logic, if a second page 2 needs to be filled out, then the first page 2 that was filled out shows up again and they would have to overwrite that information.  How do I get a "clean" page 2 in this scenario without having to create as many pages as there could be athletes on the team?

To my understanding, you want a new page 2 without creating multiple pages that look exactly like page 2?

Unfortunately, we do not have that feature that can duplicate pages. However, you can check the Configurable List widget to keep adding multiple fields or duplicating fields. Here's the demo form: https://form.jotform.com/61654821574965
