Getting PayPal error message.

    Can someone please explain that to me?

    It's the current bronze plan that I'm on

    Is it related to this error message in the attached image?

    No, that error message you are receiving from PayPal is not related to the new payment limits that will take effect in Feb 1, 2018. 

    The issue is related to your PayPal account, please contact your PayPal support, so they can check further.
