How to receive IPN notification for email and auto responder?

Is there something I should be doing different in the Notification 1 and Autoresponder 1 to get my form to send out the notifications?

Please help!

I'm using this form on my Wix website www.worldfuturity.com

I have also checked your mail logs and confirmed that our mail server was able to send emails to you.
