When I access Jotform using my cellphone (Samsung S6 running Firefox browser - default language English) it starts in English then shows everything in Spanish. It is the only website that does this.
When I access Jotform on my laptop it stays in English.

Can you try clearing your browser's cache on mobile to see if this will fix the problem? You can check this guide from Firefox for the steps: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-your-browsing-history-and-other-personal-data
