Account suspended?

    Your account was suspended because of this form Synergistik Order Form asking credit card information. We have deleted the CC fields in your form and unsuspended your account.

    Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use. Card number, expiration date, security codes and cardholder name are considered critical information.  The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    In light of this, it is a must to take any of the following options:

    1. Integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.
