    Hi,

I tried that but it still isn't working, Lead Type field in the email is still blank.

    Other ideas?

    Thank you for your help.

I just cloned your form, and the text was input through the condition:

    Is the problem still persisting?

    Hi,

Yes, this still isn't working for me. When I look at the form submission the type field is blank. This is what I get:

I did test your form with its direct URL and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. "Type" was captured successfully in submission of your form. Please check the screenshot below:

Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi,

I have the problem on this page: https://www.vancouverrealestatepodcast.com/contact/ and also on this page: https://www.vancouverrealestatepodcast.com/for-buyers/. Two different forms both with the same problem, the Type field is not getting field in.

I have to use the source code version of the forms on this website, I can't use the JS or iframe version.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

I switched this page: https://www.vancouverrealestatepodcast.com/contact/ over to use the JS version of the script and the Type field is filled in properly. But if I switch back to using the source code version it is not filled in. So, there is an issue with the source code and the Conditions which I need to get solved as I have to use the source code version.

This page: https://www.vancouverrealestatepodcast.com/for-buyers/ is still using the source code version, so you can use it for testing the problem.

    Thank you.

I have tested your form and I can see what you're referring to; however, I have cloned your form and it seems to be working when I use the source code as embed method on my end.

Please note that there may be any conflicts between the form's code and the code on your webpage so I would recommend you to check that.

On my end, I embedded the source code on an empty HTML file and turned off the hide property for the type field, here is my example where you can see how the conditions work even using the source code: https://shots.jotform.com/kevin/Content/Files/1361358/

I would recommend you to check which code may be causing the conflict on your end, you may ask your web site developer for this as well, otherwise I would recommend you to use an alternative embed  method instead.
