Form title grayed out in My Forms

I was editing my "Renter Registration Form" this evening, and when I returned to My Forms, it was grayed out. I assume this color represents some particular state. But, I'm not sure what it means. (And, I don't see any mention of it.) Why does it look this way, and how do I return it back to its normal black state?

Yup! That solved the problem. I must have inadvertently clicked "Disable" when I was editing the Settings last night. Thanks for your help, Adrian!
