Please note that in bronze subscription plan, you can receive 1000 submissions including 10 payment submissions in a month.

If you have added any payment tool in your form and your user submit form with payment, that submission will be counted as payment submission. Example: If you have added a PayPal payment tool in your form and your user submit the payment with PayPal payment successfully, that submission is counted as valid payment.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Does that mean only 10 people can pay me during a month?

What happens when the 11th person tries to pay?

Yes that is correct. In bronze plan, you can receive up to 10 payment in a month.

Please note that once you reach any of your limits, we send a warning email to you with a time frame when your forms will be disabled. You need to upgrade your account to higher plan within that timeframe to keep your account active. If you do not upgrade your account within that time frame, your forms will be disabled and you will have to wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

    Wow, that's horrible.

We would like to apologize if you feel that way.

But just like what my colleague, Ashwin, have mentioned, you have the option to either wait for the counter to reset or upgrade your account to the next higher plan subscription. I suggest that you do the latter if you will be needing to accept payments with your form that's more than your account's current payment submission limit to avoid inconvenience.
