JotForm branding still showing

Hello

As shown in the screen shot, after I submit a form it shows the Jotform banner ad at the thank you page even iam at a paid plan !!

Why is that ?!

Please follow these steps to remove JotForm Branding from your forms.

1. Go to your Account Settings and select the Settings option on the left (or just click this link)

2. Uncheck the JotForm Branding checkbox.

This option is only available for paid users.
