    Thank you.

    Can you please try to re-embed your form using an iFrame code? To get your form's iFrame code, please follow the steps below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    This should fix the problem. Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you.

    Hello robbedoes.  Upon checking your page's source, it appears your div's height is shorter compared to the iframe height.  This is what's causing the button to be hidden:

    <div style="position: absolute; left: -101px; top: 193px; width: 993px; height: 1906px; overflow: hidden;">
    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/22781588739370" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2118px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>
     </div>

    By changing your div's height to the same as the iframe's, this will make your button visible:

    <div style="position: absolute; left: -101px; top: 193px; width: 993px; height: 2118px; overflow: hidden;">
    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformeu.com/form/22781588739370" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:2118px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>
     </div>

    Please let us know if you need further assistance or clarification on this matter.

    Thanks.
