Why I am leaving Jotform

    I really liked the custom forms I could create (with custom thank you pages, too!) via Jotforms


    However I was dismayed to see a large, UGLY banner at the bottom of my form all of a sudden.  The way the form is iframe-d in my contact page, this actually completely OBSCURED the "Submit" button.

    Therefore, no one could actually submit any form queries.  I didn't realize this until I investigated why it seemed NO ONE was contacting me.  This must have gone on for about a week now.


    As a result, I am DROPPING Jotform and have found new home using Cognito.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience.

    The JotForm branding (which is common with Free accounts, Cognito has it as well) was introduced for quite some time now, and it is possible to remove it by upgrading.

    However, I don't see that issue in your form: https://www.jotform.com/form/11000459860, unless you have some other account?

    We could certainly check this problem for you, if you wish, just share the URL where the form is embedded.
