    Emails not received

    Hi Richard,

    Your email address was added to our bounce list because an email notification containing an invalid sender address was rejected by your mail provider.

    I have removed your address from the bounce list, but to prevent this from happening again, we strongly suggest to configure your each of your forms to use noreply@jotform.com as the notification's sender address.

    Go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification > Reply-To and Recipient Settings

    If this sounds like a lot of work for you, let me know and I'll have it done for your convenience.

    By the way, you may also need to add our mail server IP addresses to your host's whitelist to prevent any other mail blocking issues from ocurring.

    I have created a form today and put it on our website to test it, I havent received the test email yet, but can see it in my forms. Can you please advise?

    Your email address is IN our bounce list;


    sales@deal*****.org is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'

    I have already removed your email the said list.

    To preven this from happening again, please ask your service provider to Whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses.
