- geonetAsked on January 25, 2018 at 06:29 AMOK, so I set-up a new account and am moving the forms over after having tested the forms / zaps with new accounts in both.
NOW I get this phishing issue error from jot form and when I fill out the form and seek to submit I now get this:
I cant send the form and it looks like - for now - the new account is blocked……:(

Can you please write the username of the new account so we can check what is wrong.
