    Can I use data from my database in the forms ?

    There is no direct solution to make this happen on your form where the information to auto-fill the data would come from your own database. You will need to export your form's full HTML source into a certain page on your website, and then create an AJAX script that will pull the records from your database to your form.     is it possible the excel file from submission to have it downloaded automatically after any new submission ?
