Registration blocked

    Hi there

    I just created our first JotForm: https://eu.jotform.com/build/80242605084349.


    Some test users informed me that the webseite is blocked once they enter their data and click on "register/Anmeldung".

    This should not happen when we send the form to our members...

    Is there anything you/we can do to prevent this?

    I tested your form, but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. I successfully submitted the form and was redirected to the Thank You page.

    Were you able to resolve your issue? 

    If not please ask your users to try to submit the form again. You can also suggest them to sue some other browser. If the issue still persists, please provide us a screenshot of the error message. 

    In case that your form is embedded and the issue occurred there provide us the webpage URL.

    Hi Joanna

    Many thanks for your quick reply. I received the screenshot and I believe it is their firewall that blocks the form from being sent.
    I have requested the guy to talk to his IT.

    I have another question : we are testing your tool for a registrement of about 300 persons to an event. We only have 1 event per year. The free solution should give us enough capacity, isnt’it ?

    The « 100 monthly submissions » is for payment-cases and not for form-registrations ?
