I sent this form to one of my colleagues in China to fill out and he was not able to add any info to certain sections like these in the form. They showed up but no area to put info.
Please help me to be able to fix this, because this is very important to us deciding if this is the type of form service we may be able to make use of. It's very easy to use and works great, but needs to be able to work overseas as well. Thanks!

I have checked your form and we assure you that the widgets work in other countries, however when I checked the User Contributed Dropdown, in your Options, you have added the persons email address that may have been a conflict with China's policy.
Try getting rid of the email address and just use the plain text.

I have checked your form and cloned it for testing purposes.
The configurable list and multiple selection seems to be working correctly as well as the image upload preview.

Do note that,the image will be uploaded when the form is submitted.
Let us know if the issue still persist, if they do, kindly include a screenshot so that we can check it further.

Thanks Richie_P are you testing this in China? Just checking because I know this works fine in the U.S. but in China it wasn’t working.

Unfortunately, I did not test your form in China.
But I use websitepulse.com to check if your form is working under China's firewall. And it seems to be working using jotform.us, but I am getting a connection error when I use jotform.com.

Ok. So using this link https://jotform.us/73546100184147 will possible fix the issue with the drop down with the email addresses in it as well? If that's the case I would be able to keep those email addresses in there? Are you able to see that working?

Unfortunately, I only tested your form with the data given by the website. The only way to be sure, is to check your form in China,my apologies.
And if ever the issue still remains, can you please ask your representative to check the form page with browser developer tools to see if some content is not loading(red entries in the network tab)?

Hi there,I have same issues with my business partners in China. Some of them (doesn't metter which browser they use) didn't see some fields and some of them are not able to open page section.
I found these problems because in first versions of our forms I used Google reCAPTCHA which is completely blocked (as every Google service) in China and no one can fill the forms.
I hope that you can fix these issues from China, because it is quite frustrating :/
