How can I apply for educational discount?

I set up a free account in December 2017. I'm out of space and need to upgrade. I now see that there is an educator discount. How can I take advantage of this now? I totally missed the memo about this opportunity when I originally signed up.

I announced a website overnight and the initial use has been overwhelming and I'm out of forms!

Your application should get approved if you fulfill the requirements.
