Pedi o cancelamento da conta há um mês, porém novamente veio cobrança em meu cartão de crédito!!!!!!!!! Falta de respeito ao usuário ....

    The support staff who attended to your request actually waited for your response before cancelling your subscription. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this.

    With that said, I went ahead and cancellled your subscription. I have also processed a refund for the last payment made under your name.

    Again, we're sorry about this debacle.

    Mentira, pois tenho apenas 100 submissões e vocês já me cobraram o valor deste mês!


    Só aceito o cancelamento após o estorno do valor pago!

    It's a good thing that the refund did not process yet.

    Let me make this clear:

    Do you want the cancellation to take effect until the end of subscription you have already paid for (10/04/2012 - 11/04/2012)?

    If so, then I'll go ahead and keep your account set to Premium until the end date. In accordance with this agreement, we no longer have to refund your last payment.

    Please respond to this message if you agree with all the terms I have stated above.
