    Hey JotForm,

We are looking to adjust our permission process for accessing out analytics tool. We would like the following and I am hoping that you can provide some guidance on how we can accomplish our goals. This is our ideal flow:

Form 1 - User Submit Request
This form will have check-boxes and form fields where a user can request access to content within our organization. Let's say that the user clicks on the 'Report Tool' check box. This would send an email to the manager of the 'Report Tool' asking for access. There will need to be multiple emails sent out from one from submission because users can request multiple items.

Form 2 - Access Requested Form
This form would contain the information from the form fields of the original report (name of user, reason for request, etc) and arrive in the inbox of the Approver. The approver could edit the form directly in their email or through a link would be provided a form to approve or disapprove. This would send the information to our service desk to process.

We need some assistance building the flow to send the emails based on the checkboxs. Is this possible?
