HI CUSTOMERS CAN NOT BOOK FOR FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS AS IT SAYS ONLY ONE ENTRY, BUT THEY HAVNT PREVIOUSLY BOOKED.

I have checked your form and it has enabled the unique submissions option, it's currently set up to check cookies, I have tested your form as well and it seems to be working on my end.
