Why are my users unable to submit my form more than once?

    HI CUSTOMERS CAN NOT BOOK FOR FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS AS IT SAYS ONLY ONE ENTRY, BUT THEY HAVNT PREVIOUSLY BOOKED.

    CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE?

    I have checked your form and it has enabled the unique submissions option, it's currently set up to check cookies, I have tested your form as well and it seems  to be working on my end.
