Refund Inquiry, would like to know the status of a refund requested in December

    I reached out a couple of weeks ago about receiving a refund for my company’s account. My company, the Colorado Springs Sports Corporation requested a partial refund on our account, and we received an email on December 18 confirming a $260 refund.  This still has not gone through to our accounts, can you help me with this and please issue the refund. I have attached my previous conversation from Jotform Support for your reference.

    The refund was indeed processed on December 18th:


    The refund should have posted quite some time ago to the card used to pay for the subscription. 

    The card associated with that payment is no longer on file so I do not have the last four digits available.  If you would like though, I can forward this to our support manager for confirmation of which card the refund posted to.
