Hello.  You can change your contact page's script code from:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.us/jsform/22506190227144"></script>

    to

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.jotform.us/jsform/22506190227144"></script>

This way, your submissions will not submit via SSL.

In addition, we recommend that you create your own personal free account to upgrade your limits from 2 SSL submissions, and 20 standard submissions, to 10 SSL submissions and 100 standard submissions.  You can create your free account by going to your My Forms page, and click the long orange button below the login form:

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

In addition to my colleague response, your form was created under guest account and that's the reason why you receive email that you reach 2 SSL secured submission. We would suggest you to register to a free basic account to increase submission quota.

    Thank you!
