Notification email set-up problems

    I set up a notification email for a registration form so that the email would come from <Name> (the registrant's name) and have their <Email> as the reply-to email.  Well, the reply-to works just fine, but instead of the email coming from the registrant's name, it's showing as coming from me.

    I'm not sure why this particular form isn't working right, because I have other forms set up the same way and they're working just fine; the notification emails from those forms are coming from the registrants' names instead of from me. 

    I've tried logging out and redoing the notification email, but I can't seem to get it to work.  Any ideas?

    I have been checking your form and I can see you're using a custom sender, please note that the sender email info may be overwritten by the configuration on your custom sender (it's automatically taken when you set the sender up). 

    I would recommend you to try using the default email sender from JotForm, please let us know how it goes.

    Hmm, I must have gotten that messed up somehow. I will see if I can figure out how to get it back to the default. Thanks!

    Yes, that did the trick!  I set the sender back to Jotform, and the problem was resolved.  Thanks!
