Is there a way to add a box in order to draw in it with an apple pen?

i have made a form to use on my iPad as a remodeling contractor to use at a clients house to do an initial estimate. I was wondering if there was an element that I could add so that I could draw in the Box a sketch or floor plan using an Apple pen?
