Hi, ,I'm not receiving submissions to my forms. I tested one out and didn't get anything. I also had others try it and they said they didn't think it went through. I saw that if you have over 500 submissions the form will be disabled but I don't have that many.Page URL:

I just made a test submission of your form and it went through fine. i also checked your form and I see 4 submissions in it, and additional one from my test.
If you have the form embedded on a page, can you tell us the link to the page so we can further test?
In addition, the 500 submission storage limit is not relevant since it does not disable your form, nor suspend your account. It will just remove the oldest submission on your account to give space for the one that newly comes in. However, your submissions count has not reached that limit as of yet.
