Why my form became disable one hour before set time?

    Hi,

    We are having this issue with our forms for two months now. A lot of our members complain that they are accessing the form 1 hour before the time it should be disabled but it is already disabled. 

    Can you please look into this.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    The form disable on date and time works as it should be. Since your form is already disabled, we are not sure what caused the issue.

    One possible reason could be the different timezone which may took effect with the disable before the set time.

    If you get any other issue which is related to your form disable, please try to let us know as soon as possible so we can check instantly.

    Hi,

    Is it possible for us to do  test to check that the forms will not disable before the time set? 

    I can set up a sample form, set the time and we wait until it disables so you can check the problem real time.

    Can we set the test 11:00 AM GMT? Let me know if this is okay with you.

    The form will be disabled based on the TimeZone that you have set on your account.

    Help Article: How to Change Submission Date to a Different Format and Timezone

    Please make sure the timezone in your account is the same as the same as the timezone of the users'.

    If the form is still disabled one hour before you set it, then simply set the form to expire one-hour latter.
