All of a sudden some of my forms fields are not being pre-populated with data based on the URL's I am using in the browser.
EG: https://form.myjotform.com/70383561779568?brand=Debonairs is not populating the brand field with the word Debonairs
Please help as it was working fine and I changed nothing.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. Form fields are not being populated using URL parameter. This issue seems to happen only with this form and I do not see any reason what could cause this issue. I did test the URL parameter in one of my own form and it seems to work as expected.
I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

It seems the issue already fixed. I have checked the URL that you shared and did not counter any problem, as you can see below screenshot:
