Few users are not able to submit form.

    Good morning, 

    Some of our dispositions scripts are not sending thru since last night, January 25th. It is not all of our dispositions it is just a few and for different people instead of all users. We would like a ETA on when this will be fixed. There is no error message giving when this happens they just don't go thru. Thanks!

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that few of your users are not able to submit your form? 

    With which form you are having this issue with? I did test your last edited form and did not find any issue with that. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please let us know the form with which you are having this issue with and we will take a look. Have you embedded your form in any webpage? Please let us know the webpage URL as well and we will take a look.

    It is only some of the scripts that are not going thru and it is only for certain people not all. This is day two that they are not going thru. Please try to fix this immediately for us. Thank you.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you but I have still not understood the issue you are having. 

    Do you mean to say that users are not able to submit form? Please explain your issue a bit more in detail and we will try to replicate the issue. You may also like to share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

    Yes the user are not able to submit some forms, its not all forms but a majority of them!!
