Why my Back/Next buttons stop working?

For no reason, Back and Next Buttons stop working. I would really appreciate your help asap.

The issue is related with the rich text editor. Our developers are working on it.

Great way to create forms online and very very good and fast customer service. 

Small problem:

The link you have sent me works but the link I have created with the name still does not work

Also, If I am editing the form and If I click preview, it does not work either.

I cleared the cache in the settings section of jotform.com and I cleared web browser cache on my computer. I use google chrome. I also ran disk clean-up and ccleaner just in case and rebooted the computer too. 

I took out the riched text editor and replaced it with a regular text editor. It is working fine now in both links. Again thank you so much!
