Can I put a table in a form and save it to a spreadsheet?

Is there a way to put a table in a form to be used as a check box array and have each  input result go to an individual cell in a spreadsheet report?

You can use widgets like MultiSelect Grid or Spreadsheet.

However, the data will be saved in one cell only.
