Branding Still on my form

How do i remove the branding on my form?

The branding is still at the bottom of the form and on the thank you page. 

I checked your form and the branding is no longer present.  It might have been a caching issue.

If the branding is still there on your end, let us know and we will take another look.  As far as I can tell though, it has been removed.
